Yes. X-Fax is a Best Practice Connector partner. It reads each incoming fax, matches the patient in Best Practice and pre-fills the details, so a single click files the document straight into the patient record.

Do I keep my existing fax number?

Yes. You keep your existing fax number. We port it across properly, so the people who fax you notice nothing — and it stays your number if you ever leave.

Do I need a fax machine or new hardware?

No. X-Fax is fully digital and runs in any web browser. There's no fax machine, no fax line and no new hardware to buy or maintain.

Is my patient data kept in Australia?
